Terms of purchase - Private consumers

Prices in the original currency Swedish kronor (SEK) including VAT are valid. Deviations from the terms are valid only if both parties have signed a special agreement that regulates this.
 

Applicability

These terms of purchase are applicable insofar as Swedish or other applicable law does not prescribe terms that are in conflict with these. For private consumers, the Consumer Purchase Act and the Distance Contracts Act apply, which also includes protection for Infused Liquid AB.

Ordering

In the event that the customer is under 18 years of age, the guardian's permission must be obtained before the purchase is completed. Orders placed in another person's name without their consent, or in any other way that causes Infused Liquid AB to suffer financial damage, are reported to the police. Infused Liquid AB disclaims for printing errors, errors in information, and errors in specification, on all products and services in Infused Liquid AB's range. All image information should be considered as illustrations and can not be guaranteed to reproduce the exact appearance and nature.
 

Payment

VAT is included in all prices, but shipping costs will be added. Payment is made against card payment or invoice via the Internet. We use Klarna Checkout as a payment system.

When selling via account / credit card, the terms take effect as soon as the card transaction has been approved. No extra fee is charged for card payments

In the event of late payment, interest on arrears will be charged at 2% per month from the due date. Infused Liquid AB reserves the right to make price changes, incorrect prices and final sales. To the extent that such is manifestly incorrect, this may force Infused Liquid AB to cancel the purchase and repay any amount paid in the best way. This can be done at any time during the course of the transaction when an error is detected. The cause of the error must be clearly reported to the customer in connection with the cancellation of the purchase.
 

Delivery and cancellation

Orders received before 13.00 on Monday to Thursday will be processed the same day, for delivery within (usually) 3 working days. Orders received on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays will be processed the following Monday.

Delivery is by DHL or DB Schenker. Delivery of ordered service according to order.

In cases where the customer considers that delivery is delayed in such a way that he no longer wishes delivery of an order, it is the customer's responsibility that the order is canceled in accordance with Infused Liquid AB's purchase terms. Cancellation after the order has been processed is not possible. In cases where the order has been processed, the customer is obliged to receive the order. Cancellation of a product or service that has been acquired or completed specifically for the customer is not possible.

Cancellation is not valid until the customer has received confirmation from Infused Liquid AB either by e-mail or fax.
 

Retention of title

All goods remain the property of Infused Liquid AB until full payment has been made.
 

Liability for errors

Infused Liquid AB's liability for errors in delivery is limited to applicable terms of sale. Infused Liquid AB bears no direct or indirect responsibility for, for example, but not limited to, incompatibility, delivery delays, outages, data loss, overtime or other financial damage.
 

Complaint terms and right of withdrawal

It is advisable for the customer to check the arrival of the delivery to verify that it is correct and error-free. In the event of a complaint, the customer must contact Infused Liquid AB's complaints department on telephone 0703738007, via e-mail info@infusedliquid.se or via Infused Liquid AB's website www.infusedliquid.se and state the order ID and reason for the complaint. When complaining about a product, the customer must request a so-called RN (return number), which is then valid for 14 days.

In all cases where a product is returned to Infused Liquid AB, the customer must first have received an RN. The return shipment must then be clearly marked with this RN. The customer should write the received RN on the packing slip so that the original packaging is not damaged. Defective products that are returned to Infused Liquid AB should be treated as if they were faultless. In all types of returns, it is extremely important that the product is packaged in such a way that it does not risk being damaged. For private consumers, the Consumer Purchase Act applies, which means that the customer has the right to have the freight paid in the event of a valid return case. At Infused Liquid AB, private consumers have the right to have a prepaid parcel slip sent to them. In cases where the return case is not valid and the customer has received a prepaid parcel slip sent to him, return shipping costs will be charged. In cases where the reason for return is a complaint and errors cannot be proven, a fee of SEK 200 + VAT + return shipping and handling costs for the case will be charged. Shipments that do not have RN are returned to the customer and the shipping cost is charged. Infused Liquid AB reserves the right to replace defective goods with equivalent in cases where identical goods are not available.

Private consumers have the right to cancel the purchase within 14 days according to the Distance Contracts Act. According to the said law, the right of withdrawal only applies if the product and its original packaging can be returned in a substantially unchanged condition. The product must not be used. If the consumer wants to exercise his right of withdrawal, he must contact Infused Liquid AB to obtain an RN. Return shipping is paid for by the consumer.

For products that are specially manufactured for a specific customer, the right of exchange, open purchase or right of withdrawal does not apply.

If an item is damaged during transport, Infused Liquid AB must be contacted within five days for information on compensation.
 

Unredeemed shipment

For shipments that are not redeemed, after which the package is returned to Infused Liquid AB, a fee of SEK 250 + VAT will be charged to cover Infused Liquid AB's costs for transport and administration.
 

Transport damaged goods

If an item from Infused Liquid AB is damaged during transport, regardless of whether the damage is clearly visible or hidden, this must be reported immediately to the forwarder (DB Schenker), but no later than within 7 days.
 

Force majeure

Events such as war, natural disasters, industrial action, government decisions, non-delivery of subcontractors, costly circumstances and a comparable event beyond Infused Liquid AB's control, which could not reasonably have been foreseen, shall be attributed to force majeure, which means that Infused Liquid AB released from their obligations to fulfill concluded agreements.
 

Other

Infused Liquid AB reserves the right to change all information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications and product offers, without prior notice. In the event of a final sale at the stated price or due to that an item for sale has expired, Infused Liquid AB has the right to cancel the purchase and repay any amounts paid in the best way. Infused Liquid AB shall also notify the customer if a replacement or equivalent sales item is available
