Terms and Conditions
Prices are in Swedish kronor (SEK) including VAT where applicable. Deviations from the terms are valid only if both parties have signed a special agreement that regulates this. Northlion AB, infusedliquid.se hereinafter referred to as the Company.
All products sold in the store can be used in Sweden and must comply with Swedish legislation. Prices are stated including VAT. Shipping costs may apply.
These terms of purchase are applicable insofar as Swedish or other applicable law does not prescribe terms that are in conflict with these. For private consumers, the Consumer Purchase Act and the Distance Contracts Act apply, which also includes protection for the Company.

In the event that the customer is under 18 years of age, the guardian's permission must be obtained before the purchase is completed. Order made in another person's name without his consent, or in any other way that entails the Company suffers financial damage, report to the police. The sales company disclaims for printing errors, errors in information, and errors in specification, on all the company's range of products and services. All image information should be considered as illustrations and can not be guaranteed to reproduce the exact appearance and nature.
A shipping cost will be added for orders under SEK 300. For orders over SEK 300, no shipping will be added.
DELIVERY AND CANCELLATION
We pack and send your order within 24 hours on weekdays, the order is delivered to your home normally within 1-3 days.
In cases where the customer considers that delivery is delayed in such a way that he no longer wishes delivery of the order, it is the customer's responsibility that the order is canceled in accordance with our terms of purchase. Cancellation after the order has been processed is not possible. In cases where the order has been processed, the customer is obliged to receive the order. Cancellation of a product or service that has been acquired or completed specifically for the customer is not possible.
Cancellation is not valid until the customer has received confirmation from the Sales Company either by e-mail.
RESERVATIONS OF OWNERSHIP
All goods remain the property of the company until full payment has been made.
RESPONSIBILITY FOR ERRORS
The company is responsible for errors in delivery and is limited to current sales conditions. The company bears no direct or indirect responsibility for, for example, damage to the product after collection, but is not limited to, incompatibility, delivery delays, operational interruptions, data loss, additional work or other financial damage.
CUSTOMER'S RIGHTS IN THE EVENT OF DELAY
In cases where the Company is unable to deliver goods within the specified delivery time, the customer has the right to cancel his order.
COMPLAINTS TERMS AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
It is advisable for the customer to check the arrival of the delivery to verify that it is correct and error-free. In the event of a complaint, the customer must contact the Company via e-mail at email@example.com. Please provide order number. When complaining about a product, the customer must request a so-called RN (return number), which is then valid for 14 days.
In all cases where an item is returned to the Company, the customer must first have received an RN. The return shipment must then be clearly marked with this RN. The customer should write the received RN on the packing slip so that the original packaging is not damaged. Defective products returned to the Company should be treated as if they were faultless. In all types of returns, it is extremely important that the product is packaged in such a way that it does not risk being damaged. For private consumers, the Consumer Purchase Act applies, which means that the customer has the right to have the freight paid in the event of a valid return case. At the Company, private consumers have the right to receive a prepaid parcel slip sent to them. In cases where the return case is not valid and the customer has received a prepaid parcel slip sent to him, return shipping costs will be charged. In cases where the reason for return is a complaint and errors cannot be proven, a fee of SEK 200 + VAT + return shipping and handling costs for the case will be charged. Shipments that do not have RN are returned to the customer and the shipping cost is charged. The company reserves the right to replace defective goods with equivalent in cases where identical goods are not available.
The company is always responsible for return shipping in the case of damaged or incorrect goods.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
For products that are specially manufactured for a specific customer, the right of exchange, open purchase or right of withdrawal does not apply. Goods that fall into the food category are also excluded from the right of withdrawal.
If an item is damaged during transport, the Company must be contacted within a reasonable time for information on compensation.
REFUND OF ORDER AMOUNT
In the event of a right of withdrawal or complaint where the customer does not request a new item, the Company shall refund the order amount.
For shipments that are not redeemed, after which the package is returned to the Company, a fee of SEK 250 + VAT will be charged to cover the Company's costs for transport and administration.
TRANSPORT DAMAGED GOODS
If a product from the Company is damaged in transport, regardless of whether the damage is clearly visible or hidden, this must be reported immediately to the freight forwarder. however, no later than within 7 days.
Events such as war, natural disaster, industrial action, government decisions, non-delivery of subcontractors, costly circumstances and a comparable event outside the Company's control, which could not reasonably have been foreseen, shall be attributed to force majeure, which means that the Company is released from its obligations to fulfill agreements.
HANDLING OF PERSONAL DATA
The company never distributes your personal information to third parties, but can use it to send advertisements regarding our own store or any of the stores that are part of our company. However, you as a customer always have the right to decline such mailings and deletions from our database if you so wish.
In the event of a dispute, our policy is to follow the General Complaints Board's recommendations.
The company reserves the right to change all information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications and product offerings, without prior notice. In the event of a final sale at the stated price or due to that a sale item has expired, the Company has the right to cancel the purchase and repay any amounts paid in the best way. The company must also notify the customer if a replacement or equivalent sales item is available
